Acceptance. Please read these Terms carefully before using https://massagetherapistcarlsbad.com. By using the Site, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
Service Description. This Site describes Therapeutic Massage, Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Prenatal Massage, Aromatherapy Service, Cupping Treatment, TMJ Treatment provided by Nurturing Massage. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
Ownership. Nurturing Massage (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
End of Use. Nurturing Massage may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
Warranty Disclaimer. Nurturing Massage makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.
Damages. Nurturing Massage is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Nurturing Massage harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by CA law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in CA for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
